[Toronto, Ontario] - Serefin is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Kognitiv's travel operations division, including its cutting-edge travel fulfillment technology. This move is part of our overall strategic plan for revenue growth and expanding our service offerings.
The newly acquired travel operations division will be integrated into Serefin Travel. Combining the expertise and skills of this team with our leadership team's deep industry experience will enhance our offerings and create synergistic opportunities for existing customers.
